Hosted by Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce and Presented by Old National Bank


The Annual Women at Work Week is back — it’s a full week of connection, celebration, and growth.


Grounded in this year’s theme, “Grow Where You Are Planted,” Women at Work Week is designed to nurture meaningful connection, encourage personal and professional growth, and celebrate the strength found right here in Lawrence County. This weeklong celebration is all about creating space for women to feel supported, seen, and inspired—right where they are.

🌿 Tuesday | 44th Annual Women at Work Luncheon

The signature event of the week — and the heart of Women at Work.


Social Hour Sips at 10:30 AM:

  • Complimentary lemonade bars
  • Relaxing chair massages provided by Lawrenceburg Technical College
  • Networking and community connection

Doors Open at 11:30 AM and at 12:00 PM, guests will gather for “Garden of Wisdom” — a thoughtful and inspiring panel discussion featuring a diverse group of local women. Each panelist brings her own story and lived experience, offering practical insight and encouragement for growing confidently in every season of life.


🌱 Wednesday | Inner Garden (Details Coming Soon)

A midweek moment created for renewal and encouragement.

Inner Garden will be a special wellness-centered experience designed to refresh, recharge, and refocus — with details to come.


☕ Thursday | Coffee at The Vaughan Venue

7:30 AM - 9:00 AM

A relaxed gathering to connect and grow alongside other women in our community.
Come enjoy coffee, conversation, and community in a beautiful setting — the perfect pause in the middle of a busy week.


🌸 Friday | Final Friday

5:00 PM

We’ll close out Women at Work Week with Final Friday Downtown Lawrenceburg — a fun way to wrap up the week! Join us downtown for shopping and more! Stop by the Women at Work table to be entered into a Downtown Giveaway featuring participating stores.


Women at Work Week is a reminder that growth doesn’t always require a new season or new place — sometimes it simply begins with nurturing what’s already been planted. We’re reaching our arms wide again this year—so invite your friends and join us for a week rooted in growth, community, and shared purpose.
