Giles Psychiatric Associates is a direct psychiatric care practice. Our mission is to raise awareness surrounding mental health care, reduce stigma, and provide access to affordable mental health care.
Elaine Murray is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career in 2005 and has worked in multiple hospitals, outpatient clinics, corporate medical management groups, telepsychiatry groups, centers for substance use disorders, and currently owns and operates Giles Psychiatric Associates. Giles Psychiatric Associates offers a full range of outpatient mental health services for both children and adults. Her palpable desire to provide mental health care is evident in every patient interaction.
