The Rick’s story began when our very first location opened in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Our barbecue quickly became a staple in the communities that we serve. After being in business for almost 50-years, our commitment to small town barbecue traditions remains unwavering. Our meats are still expertly smoked in-house over locally sourced hickory wood and hand-pulled with care. As a family-owned and operated enterprise, Rick and his family take great pride in continuing to serve the Middle Tennessee and North Alabama regions providing the hometown barbecue that you know and love
